Weekend #26: Simon Says Sit The Fuck Down

This August Dada Life came out with another anthem I guess you could call it in Feed The Dada and released a video along with two remixes simultaneously.  The remixes are available for download, but the original is not so I'm posting Dyro's remix.  ETC!ETC! and Brillz just dropped a monster trap track in Simon Says.  Savoy also blasted his way back onto the scene with the great EP Supertrail.  Fuck, I would be willing to say I like every track on it so if you like my style of dubstep/electro check that shit out here.  I honestly couldn't make up my mind on which tracks to post from it.

Weekend #25: Konichiwa Bitches

Extremely busy this week with my turning 21 and moving back into school but I have some time to post this quick weekend playlist.

Glitchin

Quick post.  One track is a Queen remix, the other: a Gorillaz.  The Queen one is pretty glitch oriented and the other is a Koan Sound drop who has a pretty distinct sound if you haven't heard it.

$5.10

Well yesterday I featured The FatRat which I had wanted to do for a long time and today 5 & A Dime came out with a new track.  The last two tracks actually haven't been my favorites of his with yesterday's Drum Roll Please and his earlier Damn Son Where'd You Find This? as they both seem to just be mashing together a popular track with another even though they don't necessarily flow together.  Nevertheless it reminded me to post the two tracks that came before that which I really do like.  5 & A Dime has always been a pretty cool mash-up guy although I still wouldn't put him on or near the level of Super Mash Bros. or Girl Talk yet.

The FatRat Feature

Dev and Static Revenger's Turn The World On has sparked a crazy amount of remixes from other artists this week and I stumbled across The FatRat's version.  The FatRat is always producing upbeat remixes to rock out to.  I featured them (him? I don't fucking know..) in my original compilation early this year with Brightside but I never was able to post my favorites simply because of improper timing of the tracks releases to be posted.  Anyway so here is their take on Turn The World On and two more tracks that I enjoy.
